Request a gift subscription yourself. (N.B. CICEM itself has a very limited budget and may not be able to prove a gift subscription immediately. If it can, it will fulfill a request; if it cannot, it will keep your request until a College Council for your college is formed or additional funds are provided directly to CICEM.)
